Welcome to The Hills Christian Family Centre

We’re glad you’ve dropped by to check us out. We hope we can help you connect with our church community through one of our Sunday services or through one of our many ministries during the week.

About Us

The Hills Christian Family Centre was planted in the Adelaide Hills community in 1998 under the leadership of Pastor David and Nerina Smythe and a faithful group of people from the Christian Family Centre at Seaton in Adelaide’s west.

Since then it has grown steadily to become a vibrant community of Christ-followers, committed to spreading the good news about Jesus and to serving the needs of the Hills community & beyond at every opportunity.

We are a Pentecostal church that supports and adheres to the vision and charter of CRC Churches International (see crcchurches.org/charter/ for info).

We believe that every human being:

  • Was created to bring glory to God the Father who has both a universal and unique plan for every person alive.
  • Needs the saving sacrifice of God the Son who is Jesus the Christ who gave his life and rose from the dead and who intercedes in heaven for us always so that we may enjoy unbroken relationship with God the Father.
  • Needs the power of God the Holy Spirit in their lives in order to become the person they have been destined by God to be.
